📋 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 444kk website and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and fish shooting games. 444kk is an online gaming and sports betting platform serving the Bangladesh market. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

🔐 Account Registration & Security

To use the full suite of 444kk services, you must register for a personal account. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension without refund.

• All registration information must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false details is a breach of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and account credentials.
• Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.
• 444kk may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing any withdrawal request. Valid identification documents must be submitted upon request.

💳 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

444kk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following approved payment methods. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days, subject to KYC verification and fraud screening.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered under your own verified name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• 444kk reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals if fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected, pending investigation.

🎁 Bonuses & Promotions

444kk offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms attached to each promotion. Bonus misuse will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and winnings.

• Welcome bonus and all other bonus offers are for new, eligible players unless otherwise specified.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, combined with other promotions, or exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated.

Players who are found to be exploiting bonus systems, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or engaging in any form of bonus abuse will have their accounts immediately suspended and all associated bonus winnings confiscated.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 444kk platform. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension, permanent ban, and/or forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics.
• Any form of money laundering, fraudulent activity, or illegal financial transactions through the platform.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or bypass self-exclusion.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 444kk staff or other players through any communication channel.

444kk employs advanced fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate any suspicious account activity. All evidence of prohibited conduct will be reported to the relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
